The breakfast was pretty good; they had a nice selection of food and the baked goods tasted fresh. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location is very convenient and central, with easy access to coffee shops and some restaurants. We enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds.

the location is excellent, right downtown, so it was easy to explore the area and visit nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The friendly staff also provided great service, and I found the basic amenities and rooms to be comfortable and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the modern furniture made of solid wood, which added a touch of elegance to the rooms.
Everything was top-notch, no improvements needed.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to the beautiful lakes, which is an ideal location for a peaceful getaway. the room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the surrounding area. the service was highly commendable, as the helpful staff was eager to assist and always wore a smile. Breakfast was scrumptious and there was an extensive selection of fresh produce to choose from. Plus, the hotel has great facilities, including an on-site restaurant set in an old hall, offering delicious food at reasonable prices.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Bad Mitterndorf. the location was perfect as it was right in the downtown area, making it convenient to explore the town. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were tastefully decorated with modern furniture made of solid wood, giving it a cozy and comfortable feel.
All was taken care of perfectly, without any issues.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel located in the heart of a picturesque Austrian town. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the rooms mopped daily, and our white socks never getting dirty. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a great selection of cheese, veggies, ham, cereals, sweets, and super fresh baked goods from the bakery next door. The location was perfect, being close to transportation and providing an authentic Austrian experience.
No complaints. this hotel provided an excellent stay in this charming town.

The breakfast was decent and the room was clean. The location was convenient, with a restaurant located inside. It was nice to have a hot water flask to prepare tea.
The hotel staff lacked communication skills and wasn't friendly nor helpful. They didn't mention the restaurant was closed for a private event, so we ended up wasting time trying to figure out what was going on.
